Limited Warranty
The products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defective factory materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, the seller will repair or, at its option, replace the parts without charge for parts and labor. The warranty does not cover postage, accidental damage, wear and tear, consequential or incidental loss. The warranty is non-transferable and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. The seller reserves the right to ask for usage details and proof of pictures or videos, to inspect the returned products, and to refuse warranty claims if the returned products show excessive wear, abuse, or misuse, such as damages by water and overloading operations.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
All products, except the final-sale promotional items or those stated elsewhere, are back with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase, customer may return a product in excellent condition and in the original packaging for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned products are subject to inspection, and restocking fees may apply. If 30 days or more have passed since the purchase date, the seller may not offer a refund.
Before sending any items back, contact the seller by email to obtain a return authorization if applicable. Upon receipt of a returned item, the seller will examine it and notify the customer by email within a reasonable period. If the customer is entitled to a refund, the seller will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. Note that refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges.

Damaged Items In Transport

RMA Shipping
It is necessary to contact the seller to obtain a return authorization before returning any purchased items. The seller will provide specific instructions about how to send back RMA products. Ensure packing up RMA products very carefully. Or they may be damaged in shipping without any visible damage signs to the packaging. All RMA shipments need to be made prepaid. The seller is not responsible for shipping charges or insurance of any RMA shipments and cannot guarantee receipt of any returning items. The seller will reject all Collect On Delivery (COD) RMA shipments and is not responsible for any delayed, damaged, undelivered, or lost RMA shipments.
