General Information
All orders are subject to inventory availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of order fulfillment, the seller will notify the customer and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Delivery Location
Products are available for delivery to physical addresses within Canada and the United States. The seller may accept international orders from select countries on a limited basis.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery times may vary depending on order approval and carrier conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, the seller makes every effort to fulfill orders within two business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The seller does not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.
Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, shipping method, weather conditions, and order contents. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on package weight, dimensional weight, and selected delivery method. Customers should contact the seller for specific shipping costs. Additional charges, including insurance, may apply for remote areas or large/heavy shipments. Applicable sales tax may be charged based on the delivery destination.
Damaged Items In Transport
If a package is damaged upon delivery, do not install or use the product. Instead, contact the seller immediately by email with photos, the order ID, and the tracking number for assistance.
RMA Shipping (Returns authorization)
Customers must obtain a return authorization (RMA) from the seller before returning any items. The seller will provide specific instructions for returning RMA-approved products.
Items must be carefully packaged, as damage during return shipping may occur without visible damage to the packaging.
All RMA shipments must be prepaid. The seller is not responsible for shipping costs or insurance on returned items and does not guarantee receipt of returned goods. The seller will not accept Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments and is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or damaged returns.
