Limited Warranty
The products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, the seller will repair or, at its option, replace defective parts at no charge for parts and labor.
This warranty does not cover postage, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or consequential or incidental losses. The warranty is non-transferable and replaces all other warranties, express or implied.
The seller reserves the right to request usage details, photos, or videos; inspect returned products; and refuse warranty claims if the products show excessive wear, abuse, or misuse, including water damage or overloading.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
All products, except final sale promotional items or items otherwise stated, are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase, customers may return products in excellent condition and original packaging for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and all returned items are subject to inspection. Restocking fees may apply.
If 30 days or more have passed since the date of purchase, the seller may not offer a refund.
Before returning any items, customers must contact the seller by email to obtain a return authorization if applicable. Upon receipt of the returned item, the seller will inspect it and notify the customer by email within a reasonable timeframe. If the customer is eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The seller will exchange products only if they are defective or damaged. Customers must promptly contact the seller with product details and proof of the defect. The seller will review the case and arrange an exchange as soon as possible.
Exceptions
Sale items and discontinued items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
